I didn’t just quit a job—I walked away from an entire career built inside systems that were never designed to protect people like me. I watched a $100+ million company collapse overnight when the feds showed up. The millionaire co-founders walked away untouched. Their employees? Left in the dust.
Later, I worked inside a spiritual nonprofit where the leadership preached ethics but manipulated everything behind closed doors. I saw how power protects itself—and how most people never even get the playbook, let alone a fair shot.
That’s what pushed me into this work. Not just the injustice—but the reality that people like us were never meant to win playing by someone else’s rules. So I stopped playing. And I started building.
Now I work with creatives, LGBTQ+ founders, soul-driven entrepreneurs, and service providers who are ready to do business right—but on their own damn terms. We don’t skip the foundational stuff.
