3. Client Responsibilities

If you purchase or apply for services, you agree to:

Complete any required forms or questionnaires honestly and thoroughly
Show up on time and prepared for scheduled calls
Communicate respectfully
Not ghost us (seriously—it’s bad karma)

Failure to meet these expectations may result in termination of the agreement without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made via the checkout options provided. Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, all sales are final. No refunds.

For coaching clients:
If you're on a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments, regardless of whether you use the full service. Skipping payments = breach of contract.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything created by us—including but not limited to: course materials, templates, worksheets, design files, strategy plans—is the intellectual property of Slight Look LLC.

You may not reproduce, republish, resell, or distribute any content created for you without written permission. (Custom client work is licensed for your use only. You cannot share it with friends or sell it to your cousin for her new biz.)

6. Disclaimers

We are not lawyers, financial advisors, or therapists.

All content, coaching, and consulting is provided for educational and informational purposes. You are responsible for your own business decisions, financial choices, and legal compliance.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or income results. You’ll get out what you put in.

7. Confidentiality

Anything shared in coaching or consulting sessions is kept private and confidential. We ask that you treat our relationship with the same respect.

8. Your Information

We don’t sell your data or spam your inbox.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted here, and your continued use of the website means you accept those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in a Texas court, because that’s where we are.
